How to order your school displays

1. Measure the display area in millimetres

Measure the width and height of the area you want the design to cover. Exclude any wooden or metal borders. Enter both measurements in millimetres (mm) on the product page: for example, a board measuring 120 cm wide by 90 cm high is 1200 mm wide by 900 mm high.

Double-check the width and height before ordering, and use the preview images to check how the design fits. Read our guidance on incorrect measurements if you notice a mistake after placing an order.

2. Choose your topic, colours and options

Browse our subject collections and choose a topic. Select Red, Green, Blue or Gold, or choose Custom for your school colours and logo. Have your logo file ready if you want to add school branding. Custom branding costs extra because it requires additional design work.

You can also choose a Student Zone: a dedicated space, slightly larger than A4, for students to showcase their own work. Refresh the student work without replacing the whole display.

3. Check your order and allow time for delivery

Check your measurements and selected options before adding your display to the cart and completing checkout.

For fewer than 10 displays, allow about five working days for designs to be prepared for approval. After approval, printing and delivery take roughly another five days. Larger orders may take longer. These are estimates; contact us if you have a particular deadline.

4. Install on your existing display boards

Your displays arrive rolled up. Unroll them and attach them to your existing boards using strong double-sided tape. Avoid pins, staples and scissors, which can create weak spots in the vinyl.
