Terms of Service

Ordering

All orders are based on the design shown in our catalogue or a customised version with your chosen dimensions and colours.

Production only begins once approval is given.

Customisation

Colours supplied by you (via hex codes) will be matched exactly where possible. If you choose to have us pull colours from your website or logo, accuracy may vary.

Logos must be supplied in high resolution. If your file isn’t suitable, we may request a better version or offer design assistance for an additional fee.

Resizing

If your chosen dimensions fall between our standard ratios, your design will be resized proportionally.

No new or alternative layouts will be created unless purchased as a bespoke commission.

Turnaround Times

Orders of up to 10 designs: approx. 10 working days for delivery, 11–30 designs up to 15 working days.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once payment has been completed, customisation work will begin, therefore refunds cannot be issued at this stage. Edits requested after customisation work has begun are possible, but will incur additional fees.

Material & Mounting

Displays are printed on durable polypropolene banner material. While resistant to everyday wear, they may be damaged by sharp objects or misuse.

Recommended mounting is with strong double-sided tape. Responsibility for installation lies with the customer.

Delivery

Please ensure contact and delivery details are correct when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
